Building the future
ETG is a management consultancy firm, founded and run by Erik Leenders, who is also the CEO of ETG and your main contact person.
After having worked for numerous years in The Netherlands in the area of accounting and fiscal related advisory, Erik moved to Hong Kong late 2005 to work in the Trust and Company Secretarial business.
After having done that for several years he decided on a drastic career move and he put his business suit in the closet to exchange that for working in jeans and a t-shirt (and even flip-flops and shorts at times…but those are exceptions ;)) for an international booking management Company of Electronic Dance Music (“EDM”) artists. His roles being their local Asia representation as well as the global Finance Director, or CFO…hence, combining ‘best of both worlds’ and being able to still keep, and build, his financial experience but also giving him the opportunity to ‘learn’ Asia even better and understand doing business all over this contingent.
The business suit is still in the closet and it will remain there…as after many years he decided to ‘spread his own wings’ and start on his own, in a way providing the same thing; local representation and management, next to expert financial knowledge…but with an informal, no-nonsense and hands-on touch.
Hence, ETG was born…

As Erik developed a great interest into the world of aviation, he is also holder of numerous pilot licenses, including a US FAA Multi-Engine Commercial Pilot License (“CPL”) with instrument privileges and a written Airline Transport Pilot License (“ATPL”) certificate. This next to ‘simple’ Private Pilot Licenses (“PPL”) in both Thailand as well as Europe. It goes without saying that this interest and also his working experience make ETG familiar in the world of aviation and very familiar with the entertainment sector. Follow Erik.
